EITS courses have been endorsed by the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery.
The EAES Education Committee aims to ensure that appropriate endoscopic
training courses are available for residents in training and certified surgeons
who wish to be trained in endoscopic surgery.
IRCAD-EITS, as a CME-providing centre, has been endorsed by the Conseils Nationaux de la Formation Médicale Continue (CNFMC) and is registered as such under the identification number 100 117. Every French physician working in a hospital setting according to the following French classification "médecins salariés non hospitaliers et médecins hospitaliers" is therefore entitled to be delivered 4 CME credits per half-day of CME activities. This has been granted according to the table of CME credits officially established by the 13th of July 2006 article issued by the French Ministry of Health, see http://www.cnfmc.fr/b-1.php.

The IRCAD/EITS Advanced Course in Interventional GI Endoscopy Techniques is endorsed by the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE).
Interventional GI Endoscopy Techniques is held under the patronage of the ESGE Category C (European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy).
The IRCAD/EITS Advanced Course in Interventional GI Endoscopy Techniques is endorsed by the "Association Nationale Française de Formation Médicale Continue en Hépato-Gastro-Entérologie" (FMC HGE).
The IRCAD/EITS pediatric courses are endorsed by the International Pediatric Endosurgery Group (IPEG).
