To register, please send us your registration form duly completed
by fax (+33 (0)3 88 11 90 28) and/or postal mail.
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the form duly filled out, signature affixed, with payment enclosed, as well as an immunisation certificate against hepatitis-B and a copy of your Civil Liability certificate (the French RCP), specifying that you are fully covered in terms of risks linked to Dissection Workshops.
